The Autumnal Equinox is celebrated September 21-23 and signifies the end of summer. Mabon is the second of the three harvest festivals, representing the pinnacle of abundance. Rituals often focus on balance and on giving thanks for life’s blessings. It is also a time to acknowledge the coming dark, with thanks to the retreating Sun and creating goals related to harmony, protection, prosperity, and self-confidence.

This burgundy candle is embedded with onyx crystals and larkspur flowers. The scent is sage, hibiscus, rose and lavender. Burgundy resonates with the blood and helps in grounding and bringing one’s passions to fruition. Onyx initiates the centering and alignment of the total person with higher powers. Larkspur represents gaiety and an open heart.
